These Nut butters are One of our staple food that’s always in our kitchen to fuel up as a quick breakfast, snack, or just as a magic toppings on our fav fooood… they are super smooth and creamy spreads that are super flavorful and loaded with nutrients. These delicious homemade spreads are far superior to store-bought and come together super quick in a blender or food processor. All you need to do is roast them and blend, I use Vitamix and it just takes 1 min to turn into a creamy consistency
these are super addictive!! watch out the portion size when you are eating!!
Almond Mixed nuts and seed butter:
I started doing it in home after trying costco mixed Nut and seed butter and I have totally switched to this as my to go from almond butter ! You can always play with the ratios of nuts and what nuts you want to pick for that batch
A jar of it contains tons of nutrients including fiber, protein, omega 3, B vitamins, phosphorous, zinc, vitamin E, and many more which helps in many ways for promoting a healthy heart and nervous system by controlling bad cholesterol and promoting good ones

Ingredients :
- 1 cup – Almonds
- 1/3 cup -Cashews
- 1/4 cup – Pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup – Walnuts
- 10 – Pistachio (optional)
- 5 – brazil nuts
- 1/3 cup – Sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup – Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup – Flax seeds
- 2 tbsp – chia seeds
- pinch of salt
Instruction:
- Roast your nuts in the oven for 10 mins at 350c
- Roast seeds in the oven for 5 mins at 350c
- Let them cool wait until they come to normal temperature
- blend all the ingredients except chia until they turn into smooth buttery consistency in a high-speed blender or a food processor
- Add chia seeds at the end and mix them well.
Peanut butter:
It is made of just peanuts actually nuts but legumes, and are a great source of satiating protein and heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, both of which can keep you feeling fuller longer, rich in biotin, which helps to sustain brain health

Ingredients
- 2 cups – Peanuts
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Roast your nuts in the oven for 10 mins at 350c
- Let it cool and remove all the skin
- blend all the ingredients until they turn into creamy consistency in a high-speed blender or a food processor
Chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella):

Oh yeaa !! you heard it right this recipe is inspired by downshiftology.com .. it is free from all refined sugars and all other additives, Make sure You use powdered form of sugars (not liquids like honey, maple syrup as fats don’t blend with liquids). I switch between Monk fruit sugar and coconut sugar ( u can use your favorite)
- 2 cups – raw hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp – coconut oil or hazelnut oil
- 2/3 cup – coconut sugar or monkfruit sugar
- 1/3 cup – raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp – vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Roast your nuts in the oven for 10 mins at 350c
- Let them cool and remove the skin
- blend until you have creamy hazelnut butter. Add the oil and blend for another minute. Then add cocoa and sugar of your choice but make sure u blend the sugar beforehand into a smooth powder, Pour the Nutella into a storage container and let it cool before you close the lid
