5 of My all-time fav super food smoothie Bowls (Serving size for 2)

I intentionally Put an Effort of picking 5 of these super food smoothies to show the Importance of PhytoNutrient in Different colors which are Important   Blue-purple , Yellow-Orange , Green , Red , White …

Ask yourself If you are taking all those 5 as a daily Intake ?
Not because the colors are Playful, fun or Instagram Friendly ..It’s Because Starting With color is the First basic Step To Develop the Healthy Routine Be it Veggies or Fruits ..
Key to have an amazing Smoothie Bowl / Nice cream (coz it just taste like ice cream if you get the right consistency) is Frozen fruits and less milk with a high-speed Blender… You can do it with any fruits which ever you like, or whichever are In season…

I have used Blue Spirulina Powder, Moringa Powder, Pink Pitaya Powder, Red Pitaya Fruit, Acai Powder as I have them Handy… but All berries and Seasonal Fruits Also just make as amazing bowl as them…. Usually AVACADOS go default in any Smoothie Bowl as they give amazing Creamy Texture
